WebStrive is available to adults, who are Medicaid eligible and approved for services through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Our program location supports people living in Nassau county and western Suffolk County who reside in their family home or in Family Care. WebPeople supported are eligible to receive up to 84 days of respite care within each fiscal year.
